CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS


If you have reconsidered your decision, we will provide a refund or exchange for most products within 30 days of your purchase.

For items bought in November and December, you can return or exchange them until 31 January of the next year.

Kindly verify that the product complies with our Returns Policy and that:

Returns are allowed within 30 days of buying (or by the end of January for items bought in November or December).

Products are unused or in their original state.

Products are not on clearance, marked down to clear, or categorized as Big & Bulky.

Products are not specified as exceptions in our Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY RETURNS


As a buyer, you have rights to specific assurances each time you shop at RebelChords. These assurances are referred to as Consumer Guarantees and they remain unaffected by the change of mind policy or the 30-day return limit.

RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE


Products bought in-store (excluding Big & Bulky items) can be returned to our location only.

If you possess a receipt and your return aligns with our policy, we can immediately process an exchange (if in stock) or a refund.

Items bought in-store cannot be mailed back for returns.


RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE


Products bought online (excluding Big & Bulky items) can be returned to our RebelChords location.

If you possess a proof of purchase and the return complies with our policy, we can promptly handle an exchange (if available) or issue a refund.

Alternatively, you can submit a return online via Australia Post or any other reputable service.


RETURN WITH AUSTRALIA POST


To send back with Australia Post, ensure that your item:

Aligns with our Returns Policy criteria

Does not exceed 30cm in cubic and weighs a maximum of 2kg.

Then;

Choose your state below to access the corresponding Australia Post returns page.

Select the drop-off location that works best for you and fill out the form to submit your return.

Pay any relevant fee (Change of Mind Returns via Australia Post are $14.95)

Print the return label and attach it to the package. If you lack a printer, just download the label and show the barcode at a participating Australia Post site where they will print it for you.

Leave it at your selected Australia Post site.

We suggest maintaining a record of your return tracking number to monitor the status of your return.


RETURN WITH OTHER COURIER


To return through other courier, ensure the item;

Complies with our Returns Policy criteria

Has a maximum dimension of 30cm in cubic and a weight limit of 2kg.

Then;


Select the courier service location that is easiest for you and fill out the form to submit your return.

Pay any relevant fee (Change of Mind returns)
Print the return label and affix it to the package.

Leave it at your selected courier service site.

We suggest maintaining a log of your return tracking number to monitor the status of your return


RETURNING BIG & BULKY ITEMS


Large and Heavy Items are not covered by our 'change of mind' Returns Policy. If your product is defective, please contact the RebelChords Customer Service Centre at  (xxxxxxxxxx) promptly.

Large and Heavy Items cannot be returned or exchanged either in-store or by mail


REFUNDS


Whenever feasible, we will issue any refund you qualify for using the original payment method.

If we cannot accomplish this, we will issue you a Returns Card equivalent to your refund amount. The card will remain valid for three years from the issuance date. It is applicable for a future RebelChords purchase, either online or at a physical store
